Pre-Show
Prior to NACC Presentations, the Northern Arts and Cultural Centre showcases performers in the lobby. This showcase begins an hour prior to the start of show. During this time, patrons are invited to view the performance, look at our Northwestel Artist of the Month display, and enjoy beverages & snacks from our concession with friends. We encourage patrons take full advantage of the pre-show experience.

NACC Candle Ice Café
The NACC Candle Ice Café is our theatre’s concession. Our concession serves wine, beer, coolers, NWT Brewing Company Kicksled Ale on tap, pop, and coffee. In addition, NACC sells chips and chocolate bars.
The Candle Ice Café closes 15 minutes prior to the start of the performance, so please arrive early to take advantage of the fantastic products!

Gift Certificates can be purchased online, over the phone, or at the box office. These are redeemable for all shows sold through NACC.

Age Requirement / Young Children at Performances
Every patron regardless of age must have a valid ticket to enter a performance.
As a courtesy to our patrons, children under the age of 3 are not encouraged at most NACC performances. Some shows will make further age appropriate recommendations, which are listed on the NACC ticketing website. Parental discretion is always advised, and judgement of the content for each show should be made on an individual basis prior to purchase.
For questions regarding show content, please contact our box office.

Accessible Seating
The Northern Arts and Cultural Centre has four wheelchair designated spaces in our theatre. Should a patron prefer to sit in a chair, we have three designated seats with adjustable arms, allowing for patrons with mobility issues to easily seat themselves (seats A1, B5, B6). Should you wish to book a wheelchair designated space, please contact our box office, as they are placed on hold to ensure patrons who need them are able to access them.
Seating for persons with size concerns are also available. Please contact our staff for assistance.

Assisted Listening Devices
For patrons with difficulty hearing, we have Phonix Ear Headphones and other devices on hand that assist in facilitating a more enjoyable experience of the performance. Please ask for this service at the box office window on the night of the performance.

Etiquette
Please ensure that you turn off your cell phone, or any other electronic devices prior to entering the theatre.
The use of cameras or any sort of recording device is prohibited.
Latecomers will be seated according to usher’s discretion to minimize disruption to other patrons, so please arrive early to ensure you can enjoy the entirety of the performance. Should you exit the auditorium during the performance, you will be reseated according to usher’s discretion to minimize disruption to other patrons.
